Comfortable, lightweight summer clothing and walking shoes are suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be necessary for the winter months (especially in the evenings). Good quality sunglasses and photo-chromatic lenses for those who wear spectacles are recommended. Hats or some form of head protection are advisable when in direct sunlight. The United Arab Emirates has conservative dress traditions. Swimwear must be confined to the beach and hotel pools. Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in souks, shops/malls and villages.

Restrictions

Price is per boat, which can accommodate up to 11 guests. All guests must be able to get in and out of the boat. This tour is wheelchair accessible. Children under 33lbs (15kg) cannot be carried for safety reasons. Pregnant women are not permitted on board at any stage of their pregnancy. Guests with a history of back problems are advised against participating on this tour. Please note that the sea is an ever-changing environment and the vessel may be subject to unpredictable movements that could aggravate existing medical conditions.
